For the 26th straight year, the US Coast Guard has recertified Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council without exception. Recertification approves the organization’s operations to August 2018, and is a testament to CIRCAC’s effectiveness as a citizens’ representative. This year, the process was open to public comment.
